Returns & Exchanges

At Lace & Lush, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
